World Homeless Day - Call for better services funding in Autumn Budget
Providence Rows signs up to joint letter to Chancellor
On World Homeless Day we signed up with 75 other organisation to a joint letter to the Chancellor Rachel Reeves to call for better funding of homelessness services in the Autumn budget.
Led by Homeless Link the initiative warns that rough sleeping will head back towards record levels unless government fills a looming £1bn shortfall in frontline funding when deals agreed by the last government expire in April 2025.
Recent figures already show that Rough sleeping in London is already up 20% on last year.
