Salary: £33,000
Duration: Full Time 35 hrs per week, permanent contract

Providence Row has a long history of working with those affected by homelessness and vulnerably housed in East London, offering an integrated service of crisis support, advice, substance use & alcohol support and employment and training advice. Our aim is to ensure that people who are so often excluded from mainstream services gain the support and opportunities they need to create a safe, healthy and sustainable life away from the streets.
The ideal candidate
With experience working in a homelessness or social care setting you will have great organisational skills, an ability to manage a high performing team and passionate about working with vulnerable people. You will oversee our day centre ensuring that those affected by homelessness are provided with the most effective access to support to meet their needs as well as overseeing our growing health and well being provision on site.
Many of our clients have multiple disadvantages and you will be confident to address challenges in a proactive and sensitive manner working collaboratively with colleagues. Your ability to take charge and lead your team is a key feature of how you work.
