Human Resources and Operations Manager
Salary: £37,000-£40,000
Contract: 35 hrs per week, permanent contract
About us
At Providence Row, our vision is that everyone has a safe home and a community in which to belong. In order to achieve this, we want to support and accompany people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness on their journey to recovery, especially those who are most vulnerable and least likely to access services elsewhere.
We work with around 1,800 homeless and vulnerably housed people a year in London, offering an integrated service of crisis support, advice, recovery, learning and training programmes. Central to our work are our core values of Compassion, Respect, Inclusiveness, Empowerment and Justice. These inform the content, style and delivery of all our services.
Ideal Applicant
- Driven and highly motivated to lead the improvement of processes and procedures providing excellent support across the organisation
- Experienced and confident to deliver the key areas of the role and working autonomously
- Positive attitude and able to work well as part of a highly motivated staff team
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Administration and Management
- Lead on Charity EDI to support and champion staff in a fair and inclusive workspace
- Lead IT support Work closely with external IT provider to ensure an excellent service is provided for all staff
- Oversee Facilities function
- Support governance of the charity Circulate papers and write up minutes of all Trustee meeting
- Provide executive support to the CEO
- Provide support to Senior Leadership Team and Head's of services
- Overseeing Health and Safety onsite and for hybrid workers
