Contract: 35 hours per week – full time, 12 month contract

Key responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy sessions on outreach to female clients.
- Flexible approach to meeting vulnerable female clients.
- Deliver specialised outreach psychotherapy to female clients in the five boroughs we operate - Hackney, Tower Hamlets, City of London, Newham and Redbridge. A day per borough.
- Work collaboratively with Street Outreach Response Teams and other specialist agencies.
- Offer both formal psychotherapy sessions and informal support, adapting to clients' needs in terms of scheduling and locations.
- Conduct street shifts alongside the commissioned Outreach Service, introducing and promoting our service to potential clients.
- Support individuals transitioning into emergency, temporary, or long-term accommodation.
- Support women who are rough sleeping.
- Provide support for Housing First clients in their tenancies.
- Provide support to female clients in their hostel accommodation.
- Take referrals from SORT and Providence Row.
- Promote the service to individuals currently rough sleeping through joint shifts with Reset (drug and alcohol treatment service).
- Support females’ rough sleepers who are placed into our Severe Weather Emergency Provision (SWEP) during designated winter days/nights.
