Our needle exchange programme is a free, confidential and anonymous service. We provide sterile equipment for people who use drugs and a safe disposal service at Providence Row’s centre (the Dellow Centre).
If you or someone you know uses substances, we can provide non-judgmental harm reduction advice for safer use, alternatives to injecting, and links to treatment and substitute prescribing.
The service is open as follows;
Monday to Friday: 9am – 12.30pm and 1.30pm – 3.30pm
Please use the yellow phone mounted on the wall in our Welcome Area, and call number 6 to speak with Needle Exchange staff who will come and meet you, or speak with a member of Welcome Area staff.
