Nutrition report cover

A nutrition report delivered by Providence Row and commissioned by Homeless Link has just been published.

The research was conducted in Tower Hamlets and shows that poor nutrition is a significant challenge for people experiencing homelessness and can lead to weakened immunity, delayed recovery from illness and risk of depression and anxiety.

Two animations were also produced based on the recommendations from the research.

They give advice on the simple actions that homelessness services can take to improve the consistency and nutrition of the food they provide and help support workers improve clients' awareness of and access to healthy nutrition.
