Hi my name’s Neal and I‘ve just started as the Recovery & Progression Service Manager.
I used to run a Day Centre, Accommodation and Training Service in Essex and worked for that organisation for 12 years. I started working part time one day a week on the Front Desk, then progressed to frontline support worker and then onto Manager.
This broad range of experience in the field has energised my enthusiasm for helping those who are most vulnerable in our community and already I can see how this is a priority here at Providence Row too.
All of the staff here are incredibly enthusiastic and care deeply about those who access our service, I’m so impressed!
My family are originally from the area. My Mum and Aunt went to Canon Barnett Primary School and lived on Wentworth Street for many years so being here is like coming home. I truly feel that I’m part of this community and I’m passionate to see those who are pushed to the margins, encouraged and supported back into being part of our community.
It's a big challenge but I can’t wait to see what we can achieve!
